[Mufn-1077] WisDOT projects 1007-12-74, -75: I-39 from CTH AB to USH 12/18 Interchange

Herb - neither MUFN nor the City of Madison have any infrastructure south of the Hwy 12/18 & I-90 interchange. However, on the North side of the Hwy 12/18 & I-90 interchange both the City and Dane County have infrastructure (namely Femrite Dr).

Sean - given the lack of facilities in the WisDOT work area, do you need signatures from all entities (MUFN, City of Madison, Dane County) saying we don't have facilities in the WisDOT project area?

Thanks,
Pat
