Mr. King,
I have not received the 7-day response yet, and it's been 4 weeks since I sent the packet to the email address below. I'm concerned that the list address is rejecting outside mail (see attached, still awaiting monitor decision), or that the committee is too slow in processing it. Could you verify that it's being looked at and that MUFN has a process to comply with the state statute Trans 220 as far as response times?
We have roadway improvement plans to send you now. Is there a different process for the DT1078 request?

Attached are a cover letter, project overview map, an acknowledgment form (#DT1077), and a list of other utilities in the area, for upcoming WisDOT projects 1007-12-74 and -75 on I-39/90 for the south approach to the Beltline Interchange.
Please return the acknowledgement form within 7 days and any maps you could provide within 60 days, to help us keep our design on track and design to avoid utility conflicts and to comply with State Statute TRANS220.
