Debby,
This one belongs in UW-Madison's court. There's no response from the City on this one.

My engineers said they responded to this about 6 weeks ago. What documents are we missing here?

Thanks,
Pat

Thanks,

Dear Paul,
Due to spatial updates, your facility is now listed in the database for this project. I am sending a cover letter and 1077 for this project. Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks so much!
Until your contact information is changed in the database, I will try to change the forms to your contact info.

The purpose of the project is to patch and overlay the existing pavement surface that has exceeded its service life. The project begins near the USH 151 interchange and extends northeast approximately 14.43 miles to the east county line of Iowa County. Proposed improvements include overlaying the travel lanes and paved shoulders with 4.25-inches of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) at the centerline and 3.5-inches of HMA at the edge of pavement. Right-of-way acquisition is not expected and wetlands will not be impacted. Construction of the project is scheduled for 2018, but may be advanced to 2017.

Additional USH 18 roadway improvements include the following:

  1. Upgrade select intersections to current geometric standards (to be determined during preliminary design).
  2. Replacement of existing beam guard and turn-down terminal ends to current standards.
  3. Protection of existing roadside hazards within the roadway clear zone (i.e. steep slopes, non-traversable slopes, fixed objects).
  4. Replacement of select culvert pipes (as identified by WisDOT Maintenance).
  5. Replacement of existing signing and pavement markings to current standards.
  6. Concrete deck overlay on bridge B-25-38 and two wing replacements.
