Chris,

Attached you will find the 1077 information for the above referenced project. Please fill out the DT1077 forms and return it within 7 days of receipt (by November 12, 2019). Please include your system maps if they are required.

This project has been put on a Fast Track with a PS&E date 11/15/2019 and will be built in 2020. Though you have 60 days to return your system maps I am requesting them by November 12, 2019 or sooner.

This project will be on IH 39 where we will be placing storm sewer inlets in two separate segments due to ponding. The project was brought to WisDOT's attention from crash concerns since the overlay was placed in 2014.

I want to thank you for your help in expediting this project.
